Wolverine Boots of West Texas offer corporate accounts that are customized to meet your requirements. This can mean special pricing depending on the number of employees. Usually doing these corporate accounts, you, the employer has special circumstances that need to be address. Perhaps you want to offer only three or four styles of boots or maybe you chose to only pay up to a certain amount. Whatever the need, we can tailor a program that works best for you. Please contact us by phone.
We are happy to accept the return of a purchase you recently made as long as the product is still brand new with the box. We cannot accept any boot that has been worn outside. The boots must look brand new. We allow you to do this within 30 days of purchase. We will handle exchanges the same way.
Our warranty is straight forward and easy to understand. Remember a warranty is only as good as one wants it to be. Usually there are more of a disclaimer to protect the retailer instead of looking out for the customer. Our Wolverine boots are warranted from six (6) months to nine (9 months total) where we will try very hard to meet you half way on the purchase of new pair of boots. You must ship your existing boots back to us first. It might be the inside lining, sole separation, a broken shank, or some other manufacture defect. What the warranty does not cover is how long the sole life will last as we all wear out our soles differently. The other item our warranty does not cover is the water-proof language. Even thought the boots may say “Water Proof” these are very WATER RESISTANT but they are not a rubber boot. Step in and out of water without any problems, just don’t stand in water for a prolong period of time.
Just remember the only problem we can’t solve is the problem we don’t know about.

Follow these directions below recommended by Wolverine for proper fitment of the boots:
Tap your heel back in the heel cup and lace the boot. The boot should feel snug across the ball,
around the instep, and in the heel. The arch should be comfortably supported and the toes
should be free to wiggle and curl.
The toes should not jam into the front of the boot. Check this by lightly tapping the toe of the
boot into the floor. If the boot fits correctly, the toes should gently touch the end of the boot
